For the rackets, a 90-day trial period and the right to return with a full refund apply. For other products, a 30-day right of return applies after the arrival of the shipment. Return shipping in the EU is free, and orders from the rest of the world are charged a standard fee of 10 EUR.

Email us at orders@twotwo-official.com to receive a refund label. We recommend you keep your shipping receipt until you have received your refund. The refunded amount will be paid out from us directly when we have received the product.

Please email orders@twotwo-official.com as soon as possible so we can change the order before dispatch. We cannot guarantee that the change will be possible, as it depends on the status of the order and stock availability. Otherwise, our return policy is 30 days.

If you receive any damaged items in your shipment, please email us right away by contacting orders@twotwo-official.com. Please include a picture of the damaged item, and we will replace the product immediately.
