We have two different racket models, PLAY ONE and PLAY TWO. PLAY ONE comes in 4 different colors and PLAY TWO in 3 different colors.

For the rackets, a 90-day trial period and the right to return with a full refund apply. For other products, a 30-day right of return applies after the arrival of the shipment. Return shipping in the EU is free, and orders from the rest of the world are charged a standard fee of 10 EUR.

Email us at orders@twotwo-official.com to receive a refund label. We recommend you keep your shipping receipt until you have received your refund. The refunded amount will be paid out from us directly when we have received the product. Please note that if a return fee applies it will be extracted from the returned amount of your order.

If you did not receive an order confirmation, please email us at orders@twotwo-official.com – we’ll be sure to check your order status and provide you with a confirmation.

Please email orders@twotwo-official.com as soon as possible so we can change the order before dispatch. We cannot guarantee that the change will be possible, as it depends on the status of the order and stock availability. Otherwise, our return policy is 30 days.

Email us as soon as possible at orders@twotwo-official.com. Depending on the status of the order, we might be able to cancel it for you. If not, we have a return policy of 30 days.

If you receive any damaged items in your shipment, please email us right away by contacting orders@twotwo-official.com. Please include a picture of the damaged item, and we will replace the product immediately.

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. For your safety, we don’t process any payment information, and we only work with the leading payment providers – PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Shopify Payments – to handle all payments.
