We offer free shipping on order over 1000 SEK for all orders in the EU. A standard fee of 100 SEK is charged for orders from the rest of the world.

All countries within the European Union are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price, this also includes Norway. When ordering outside of the EU your order is considered as export and international shipping costs do not include import taxes and duties, meaning you may be liable to pay duties and taxes upon receiving your package. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes.

Please note that TWOTWO has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, TWOTWO cannot predict their amount. We therefore advise you to contact your local customs office for further information.

We know it is hard to choose a racket without taking it out for a spin. If you are an intermediate player looking for a control racket, we are pretty damn sure you will love the PLAY TWO. So, we give you 90 days to try it out. If you’re not 100% in love after 90 days, we’ll give you a full refund.

This right applies only for products with normal wear and tear, meaning the racket can not be broken or severely damaged. Keep the original packaging and use the return label that comes with your order. Please note that the return fee will be extracted from the returned amount of your order.
